1. Core Engagement Structure & Statements of Work (SOW)

Every institutional mandate delivered by Show Me Corp operates under our standardized Master Services Agreement paired with definitive, milestone-based Statements of Work. We reject ambiguous time-and-materials arrangements in favor of binding deliverable criteria and verifiable acceptance tests.

2. 100% Irrevocable Intellectual Property Assignment

Unlike conventional consultancies that license proprietary frameworks with recurring vendor lock-in, Show Me Corp transfers 100% of all intellectual property, bespoke source code, model weights, database schemas, and architectural blueprints to the Client upon completion of milestone acceptance.

3. Binding SLA Guarantees & Financial Rebates

Our turnkey execution models incorporate contractual Service Level Agreements backed by direct financial penalties:

• Milestone Delivery Commitment: In the event a critical path sprint milestone exceeds the contracted delivery window due to Show Me Corp operations, a 1.5% fee credit per business day applies automatically.
• System Performance & Uptime SLA: Turnkey cloud infrastructures and managed platforms maintain guaranteed 99.9% to 99.999% availability benchmarks as codified in the SOW.

4. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Unless customized by mutual agreement in the SOW schedule, MSAs are governed under the laws of the United Kingdom (London Commercial Court) or the State of New York (Commercial Division), with expedited arbitration under the ICC Rules of Arbitration.
